The Prince of Darkness emerged from Hell on Halloween 2019 to reward his most loyal authors of misery and cruelty in the welfare system as he toured Belfast with his minions. Unfortunately some of the lucky winners proved to be ingrates who wouldn’t accept the honours he bestowed upon them.
