PPR has been campaigning for years to get homes built at the site of the former Mackie’s factory in West Belfast, a huge swathe of publicly owned derelict land, sitting right in the middle of the area of highest housing need in the city.

QUB’s StreetSpace project (https://www.streetspaceresearch.com/) has done some research to show just how many homes could be built on the site, and they’ve made this video to show us the scale and potential.
